Orders & Shipping
How long does it take to process my order?
Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days. If something is unexpectedly delayed, we’ll contact you directly.
Do I get tracking information?
Yes. You’ll receive SMS or email updates when your order is packed and again when it’s on the way, including your tracking number.
How much is shipping?
We charge a flat-rate shipping and handling fee based on weight. Every product has its weight accurately logged to keep things fair and consistent. Our rate covers safe packaging and fast handling.
Where do you ship from?
All orders are packed and shipped from Red Deer, Alberta.
Who delivers my order?
Our primary shipping partner is Canada Post. In rare cases—such as service disruptions or rural deliveries—we may use Purolator or FedEx to ensure your order arrives without issue.
Do you deliver to PO Boxes and rural addresses?
Yes. We deliver to PO boxes and most remote addresses across Canada. Rural destinations may take slightly longer depending on courier availability, but we always choose the most reliable option based on your location.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. In addition to Canada, we currently ship to the United States, Germany, England, Belgium, and the Netherlands. We're adding new international markets regularly — if you don’t see your country at checkout, get in touch and we’ll do our best to make it happen.
Payments & Security
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and secure online payments. PayPal is not currently supported.
Is your site secure?
Yes. All transactions are encrypted and processed through secure servers. Your privacy and data protection are a top priority
