📦 Orders & Shipping
Q: How long does it take to process my order?
A: Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days. If something is unexpectedly delayed, we’ll contact you ASAP
Q: Do I get tracking information?
A: Yes! You’ll receive SMS or email updates when your order is packed and again when it’s on the way — complete with tracking number
Q: How much is shipping?
A: We charge a fair flat-rate shipping and handling fee based on weight — no gouging, no surprises. Every item in our store has its exact weight logged to keep things accurate. Our flat rate simply covers safe packaging and timely handling
Q: Where do you ship from?
A: All orders are packed and shipped from Red Deer, Alberta/ Canada
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Not yet — currently, we ship only within Canada. But your darts may cross borders soon — stay tuned!

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept major credit cards and secure online payments. We currently do not accept PayPal
Q: Is your site secure?
A: Absolutely. We use encrypted connections and secure servers to protect your data. Your privacy is nonnegotiable.
📩 Returns & Refunds
Q: What’s your return policy?
A: We accept returns within 30 days of purchase, provided items are unused and in original packaging.
Q: Who pays for return shipping?
A: Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).

Q: How do I initiate a return?
A: Email us at support@sharp-shooter.ca with your order number and reason. We’ll respond quickly and walk you through the process — and we’ll always do our best to make it right with a fair solution
📦 General Product Questions
Q: Are your darts suitable for beginners?
A: Yes! We offer sets for all skill levels — from brand new rookies to dartboard dominators.
Q: What’s the difference between soft tip and steel tip?
A: Soft tip darts are designed for electronic boards, while steel tips are for traditional bristle boards. If you’re unsure, check your dartboard type.
Q: Are all parts interchangeable?
A: Most of our shafts and flights are compatible across all darts. We also sell full replacement packs.
