How long does it take to process my order?
Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days. If something is unexpectedly delayed, we’ll contact you ASAP.
Do I get tracking information?
Yes! You’ll receive SMS or email updates when your order is packed and again when it’s on the way — complete with tracking number.
How much is shipping?
We charge a fair flat-rate shipping and handling fee based on weight — no gouging, no surprises. Every item in our store has its exact weight logged to keep things accurate. Our flat rate simply covers safe packaging and timely handling.
Where do you ship from?
All orders are packed and shipped from Red Deer, Alberta.
Who delivers my order?
Our standard shipping is handled by Canada Post, which covers most regions quickly and reliably. In rare cases — like service disruptions or remote deliveries — we may use trusted alternatives like Purolator or FedEx to ensure your order arrives safely.
Do you deliver to PO Boxes and rural addresses?
Yes — we deliver to PO boxes and remote locations across Canada. Please note that rural addresses may take a little longer to reach, and some couriers may not service every location. We’ll always choose the most reliable option based on your address.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet — currently, we ship only within Canada. But your darts may cross borders soon — stay tuned!

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards and secure online payments. We currently do not accept PayPal.
