Sharp Shooter - Terms of Service

Welcome to Sharp Shooter! By using our website, you're agreeing to play by the following house rules. These terms govern your use of sharp-shooter.ca, so please read them carefully — we promise to keep it clear, fair, and no-nonsense.
📍 Eligibility & Acceptance of Terms
To use this site, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract. By accessing our website, placing an order, or creating an account, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the site. Simple as that.
2. 🎯 Products, Availability & Changes
We do our best to keep product listings up to date, but availability may change without notice. Sometimes, products go out of stock or get discontinued. We also reserve the right to modify or discontinue products and services at any time.
3. 💸 Pricing, Payment & Errors
All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and may change without notice. Taxes are added where applicable. While we aim for 100% accuracy, pricing or description errors can occur. If something looks off, we reserve the right to correct it and we’ll always do our best to make it right with a fair solution.
4. 📦 Orders, Confirmations & Shipping
After placing your order, you'll receive a confirmation email. When your order is packed and shipped, you'll get tracking info via email or SMS.
We currently ship within Canada only, from our base in Red Deer, Alberta. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. For full details, see our Shipping Policy.
5. 📦 Returns, Cancellations & Refunds
You can cancel your order if it hasn't shipped yet — just contact us quickly. Changed your mind after receiving it? No problem. You can return unused items in original packaging within 30 days. Return shipping is on you, unless we made a mistake.

6. 🛡️ Limited Warranty
We offer a 30-day limited warranty on dart sets and accessories against manufacturer defects. This does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Accidental damage, misuse, or drops
- Breakage from impact (e.g. missed boards or cement bounce-outs)
Think something's faulty? Email us at contact@sharp-shooter.ca with your order number and a photo. We'll take care of it.
7. 💼 Account Creation & Security
If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login info secure. Don’t share your password. Keep your account details accurate. If something fishy happens, let us know.
8. 🚀 Rewards Program
We're working on a loyalty program that rewards dart fans like you. Stay tuned for perks.
9. 📝 Intellectual Property
All images, content, logos, product names, and mascot characters are the property of Sharp Shooter or its partners. Don’t copy, reuse, or claim them as your own. Respect the brand.
If you submit content (like reviews), you grant us permission to use it for marketing or promotional purposes.
10. 🚫 User Conduct
No bots, hacks, scraping, or illegal use of our site. Don’t try to game the system or harm our service. Just be cool and use the site as intended.
11. 🔰 Third-Party Services
We use third-party providers for things like payment processing, analytics, and app functionality. These services have their own terms, so be aware. We only work with trusted providers.
12. 🔒 Limitation of Liability
We do our best, but we're not liable for damages caused by misuse of our products, service outages, or unexpected tech hiccups. We sell darts — not destiny.
13. 💰 Indemnification
By using our site, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Sharp Shooter from any claims or damages resulting from your use or misuse of our services.
14. 🌍 Governing Law & Disputes
This agreement is governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada. If something goes sideways, we’ll try to work it out with you in good faith before it gets legal.
15. ❌ Termination of Service
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Sharp Shooter at any time, especially if you violate these terms, misuse the site, or act in a way that disrupts the experience for others. We're here for the dart community — so play fair.
16. 📅 Updates to These Terms
We may update these terms occasionally. Major changes will be posted clearly. By continuing to use our site, you accept the current version of the Terms.
